Tracy Vinciguerra Appointed CEO of HealthSouth MountainView

Tracy Vinciguerra has been named as the chief executive officer of HealthSouth MountainView Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital designed to return patients to leading active and independent lives. In her position as CEO, she oversees all of the hospital’s day-to-day operations as well as patient quality and care. She will assume her role on Oct. 10.

Prior to being named as CEO of the inpatient physical rehabilitation hospital, Vinciguerra served as the vice president of operations for Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital in Chicago. Between her leadership roles and serving patients as a speech-language pathologist, she has more than 20 years of clinical and leadership experience in acute and post-acute healthcare settings.

“Tracy has committed her professional life to the field of rehabilitation as a speech-language pathologist and her many rehabilitation service leadership roles,” said Ed Mowen, president of HealthSouth’s MidAtlantic region. “With her dedication to patient care and her many years of healthcare experience, she is an excellent fit to lead HealthSouth MountainView.”

Vinciguerra obtained her master’s degree in speech language pathology from Indiana State University, her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association, and a master’s degree in business administration in healthcare management from Western Governors
