Tracy Vinciguerra

Tracy Vinciguerra

Chief Executive Officer

Tracy Vinciguerra was named chief executive officer of HealthSouth MountainView Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in October 2016. Prior to being named as CEO of the inpatient physical rehabilitation hospital, Vinciguerra served as the vice president of operations for Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital in Chicago. Between her leadership roles and serving patients as a speech-language pathologist, she has more than 20 years of clinical and leadership experience in acute and post-acute healthcare settings. Vinciguerra obtained her master’s degree in speech language pathology from Indiana State University, her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association, and a master’s degree in business administration in healthcare management from Western Governors University.

Shelana Gibbs-McElvy

Shelana Gibbs-McElvy, M.D.

Medical Director

Dr. Gibbs joined the medical staff of HealthSouth MountainView Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in July 2017. She served as medical director for HealthSouth Sewickly previously and is dual board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and electrodiagnostic medicine. Dr. Gibbs completed her undergraduate education at Kent State University and her doctorate at Northeastern Ohio University. She completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at St. Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Gibbs has dedicated her life to community service receiving awards such as the 2007 Women of Distinction Award for Community Service from Girl Scouts of America and the Urban League of Young Professionals for Leadership in Medicine. She was also a stroke ambassador and served on the board of the American Heart Association for Beaver/Butler Counties.

Ginger Dearth

Ginger Dearth, RN

Business Development Director

Ginger comes to HealthSouth with more than 20 years of rehabilitation experience from acute care and managed care settings. Ginger currently serves as the chairperson of the West Virginia Traumatic Brain/Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Fund Board and board member of the Brain Injury Association of West Virginia. She is a graduate of Alderson Broaddus College with a degree in nursing.

Sheena Martin

Sheena Martin

Director of Quality and Risk Management

Sheena Martin was named director of quality and risk management in March of 2018. She started her career in quality management at Mylan Pharmaceuticals as senior chemist, senior technical training specialist and lastly, as the project manager for an error prevention program. Sheena received her bachelor’s degree in biology and her master’s degree in science education from West Virginia University.

Diana Pehanich

Diana Pehanich, RN, MS, NE-BC

Chief Nursing Officer

Diana brings more than 39 years of nursing experience to the role of chief nursing officer. She received her nursing diploma from Ohio Valley General Hospital in Wheeling, W.V., her bachelor’s degree in nursing from West Liberty University and her master’s degree organizational leadership from Geneva College in Beaver, Pennsylvania. She is a Board Certified Nurse Executive who has clinical and leadership experience in the areas of medical surgical nursing, critical care, oncology, skilled and long term care and emergency department/disaster preparedness. In addition, Diana has leadership experience in areas of patient throughput, special projects and other patient support services. 

Tom Porto

Tom Porto, MPT

Director of Therapy Operations

Tom Porto was named director of therapy operations in Oct. 2018.  Prior to this position, he served as director of care management for the hospital since 2017.  Tom began his career with HealthSouth in 2001 as a physical therapist for HealthSouth MountainView Regional Rehabilitation Hospital.  In 2009, he advanced to the senior physical therapist role.  In 2014, Tom was promoted to a therapy manager role for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo. Throughout his career, Tom has constantly developed his skills in clinical leadership.  Tom received his bachelor’s degree in human biology and his master’s degree in physical therapy from Marquette University.
